- Private Tour: The tour is private, exclusively for you and your group
- Booking: Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Confirmation will be provided after booking
- Tour Guide: English-speaking driver included. Tour guide available upon request
- Pick-Up Area: Free pick-up in designated areas. Additional charges apply for areas outside the list
- Payment: Cash payment on the day of the tour. Prices in other currencies will be converted based on the daily rate
- Health: Participants must be in good health. Insurance covers all listed activities
Cancellation Policy:
- Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge
- No Show: No refund will be provided for no-shows
- Rescheduling: Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule
