Under the guidance of our expert Balinese chefs, you’ll learn to cook traditional Balinese dishes using fresh, organic ingredients. This hands-on cooking class offers insight into Balinese culture through its unique culinary practices, perfect for both beginners and experienced cooks. Vegetarian and vegan options are available, ensuring everyone can enjoy this enriching experience.

Morning Class Highlights (6.5 hours):

Regular Menu:

  • Base Gede (Traditional spice paste)
  • Sayur Urab (Mixed green salad with coconut and spices)
  • Opor Ayam (Balinese chicken curry)
  • Sate Lilit (Traditional Balinese kebab)
  • Tuna Sambal Matah (Tuna with raw sauce)
  • Tempe Asam Manis (Sweet and sour tempe)
  • Pisang Goreng (Banana fritters) or Black Rice Pudding

Vegetarian/Vegan Menu:

  • Base Gede (Traditional spice paste)
  • Gado Gado (Steamed vegetables with peanut sauce)
  • Opor Tempe (Balinese tempe curry)
  • Bergedel (Fried corn with Balinese spices)
  • Tempe Asam Manis (Sweet and sour tempe)
  • Tum Bambu (Young bamboo wrapped in banana leaves)
  • Pisang Goreng (Banana fritters) or Black Rice Pudding

Class Availability:

  • Morning Class (with market visit): 7:30 am - 2:00 pm (daily)
  • Afternoon Class (no market visit): 12:30 pm - 6:00 pm (daily)

Terms and Conditions:

  • Private Tour: The tour is private, exclusively for you and your group
  • Booking: Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Confirmation will be provided after booking
  • Tour Guide: English-speaking driver included. Tour guide available upon request
  • Pick-Up Area: Free pick-up in designated areas. Additional charges apply for areas outside the list
  • Payment: Cash payment on the day of the tour. Prices in other currencies will be converted based on the daily rate
  • Health: Participants must be in good health. Insurance covers all listed activities

Cancellation Policy:

  • Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge
  • No Show: No refund will be provided for no-shows
  • Rescheduling: Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule
